Dental lasers – present or future?
Building awareness of the use of laser therapy in dentistry is linked to understanding the mechanism of action and consequently the possible effects. These treatment effects are the answer to the question – is laser the present or the future of dentistry.
For me, the laser is a tool that I cannot imagine working in a dental practice without. It opens up possibilities that are otherwise impossible or require several other procedures that increase treatment time or reduce effectiveness. There is no area of dentistry where it cannot be used!
It is a tool of the present without which dentistry has no future.
